TRIBAL SURVIVOR Rules and Information
1. TRIBAL SURVIVOR will do it's best (maybe not always be 100% accurate) to implement a 39 day rotation of the game. Approximately during day 1 of a 3 day cycle there will be an immunity challenge either live or non-live. Players will usually be given 24 hours notice if it is a live challenge. If there is a specific time that you know you absolutely cannot make throughout this game, please let us know in BEFORE THE GAME STARTS so we can try to accommodate our challenges to your availability. Live challenges / live tribal council will be held over Skype. Skype is required to play and is free to sign up.
2. A live Tribal council will usually happen right after a live immunity challenge has completed (players will be given approximately 20 minutes to strategize). Before a live immunity challenge players will be asked to send in a vote order (a list of who they want to be voted out and in what order) if they know they cannot make a tribal council. It is the players’ job to make sure their list is in. A player can send in their boot list just in case but still attend live TC. Live times will occur around 9 to 11pm EST.
3. To send in a vote a player will copy a graphic provide by production and use a graphic editing program to write the vote. The players will then post the vote in their private journal in a voting thread. This is done if it is a non-live tribal council or if a player is unable to attend tribal council. FAILURE TO SEND IN A VOTE AND DOES NOT ATTEND TRIBAL COUNCIL WILL RESULT IN A SELF VOTE. Two self votes in THE ENTIRE GAME will result in a players “evacuation” from the game.
4. Players will be given an opportunity to send in confessionals, chat logs, voice chats, ect. You will send these confessionals and convos via your private journal on proboards. It is a requirement to send at least one confessional per round. Failure to send in a confessional will result in a self-vote for that round.
5. Effort points will be awarded for doing video confessionals and recording voice conversations…ect. Effort points can help you in the future of this game however are not REQUIRED to have. It is your call on how you want to earn effort points.
6. Once a player is voted out of the game he or she is NOT ALLOWED to talk to another player in the game about TRIBAL SURVIVOR.
7. Same goes with players on opposite tribes. If you know a player is on an opposite tribe please refrain from talking any game talk. While we cannot force people across tribal lines not to talk, if it is brought to our attention there could be penalties such as a self-vote or even up to removal from the game.
8. The hosts are doing everything possible to make this game as fair and enjoyable as possible. We have the challenges and twists planned out ahead of time. We will not nor we will ever rig this game for anyone. With that said, if there is an issue that you have please feel free to come to Alex Dodds or Daniel Bowen in a respectful manner. We will however not respond to threats and accusations.
9. Weekly episodes will be written for each round. This is why we are requesting chat logs and confessionals. Please refrain from revealing the results of the game to non-players until after the episodes have been written.
10. It will be a necessity to post pictures while in this game. Tinypic.com is a great free image hosting site, I would suggest going there to host your pictures. If you have any questions on how to post pictures in proboards please ask members of production or one of your tribemates.
